Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 2-6 Business days for in stock items & 5 -10 business days for items not in stock or on hand.  If there is a delay on your processing of your  order we will send you an email to let you know your order has been delayed. In most cases all order will be delivered  in 4 to 8 business days . In extremely rare cases orders may take 5 to 10 business days due to unforeseen circumstances. 

 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@danieldelvani.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
